Template Purchase Terms of Service

Template Purchase Terms of Service

These terms apply to Framer website templates supplied by Midori Media LLC, a business based in Utah, United States operating at midoridesigns.co. Review them before purchasing. For product support, delivery issues, or refund requests, contact hello@midorimedia.co.

Digital products

A template is a digital website design for use in Framer. The product description identifies what is included. Custom design, content writing, setup, hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless expressly included in the purchase.

Prices and payment

Templates are sold for a one-time price shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before you pay. For transactions completed through Creem, Creem is the merchant of record and contractual seller for checkout, payment, invoicing, and tax handling. Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to that transaction. Midori Media supplies the template and provides product support. Framer subscriptions, hosting plans, and domain registration are separate costs unless explicitly included.

Delivery and requirements

After successful payment, you receive access to the template through the delivery method described at checkout, such as a Framer remix link provided on the confirmation page or by email. No physical goods are shipped. You need a Framer account to copy, customize, and use the template. If access is missing or the link does not work, email hello@midorimedia.co with your order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.

License: one website per purchase

A completed purchase grants a non-exclusive license to customize and use the template for one website, either for your own business or for one client. A separate purchase is required for each additional website. You may transfer the completed website to that client, but you may not reuse the same license for another project. You may not resell or redistribute the template, share its remix or source files publicly, sublicense it as a template, or include it in a template library or competing template product.

Ownership and third-party assets

Midori Media retains ownership of the original template design and materials it owns. You retain ownership of content you supply. Fonts, photographs, icons, integrations, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. Product descriptions should identify any assets that are demonstration-only or require a separate license.

14-day refund policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing hello@midorimedia.co with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. No explanation is required. We will arrange eligible refunds through Creem to the original payment method; posting time depends on Creem and your payment provider. Once refunded, the template license ends: you and any client must stop using the template and remove its copies, including any published site based on it. After 14 days, contact us about failed delivery, defects, or other purchase problems. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies under applicable law, or rights under Creem’s Buyer Terms.

Support and updates

Email hello@midorimedia.co for help accessing or using your purchased template. Custom design, installation, content entry, and third-party account administration require a separate agreement unless the product description includes them. Updates or future features are included only when expressly stated. We do not guarantee a particular sales, traffic, or search-ranking result, and third-party platforms may change. These statements do not exclude any warranty or remedy that applicable law requires.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your website content, permissions for uploaded materials, account security, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. Review the template, product details, and Framer requirements before purchasing.

Scope and changes

These terms cover template purchases; custom website design services require a separate agreement. The version presented at purchase governs that purchase. Later changes do not remove rights you already have. If a provision cannot legally be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Contact Midori Media LLC at hello@midorimedia.co with questions.
